Shipping & Delivery
We use a range of shipping companies to ensure that your products are delivered with the best service possible and at the best price.  Shipping information is available for your shipped items through the website by logging into your account and viewing your order history.  The tracking number provided can then be used with the stated shipping provider to ascertain the status of your shipment.  Please use the tracking information before contacting us to determine the status of your shipment.  If there is an extended period between ordering and receiving your goods, please feel free to contact us to gain further information.  If we have a delay in shipping your order, we will always contact you to let you know.

Returns & Replacements
We take every care to ensure that the products we sell are high quality and in good condition prior to shipment.  However, there may be a cause to return an item for refund or replacement.  We ask that you contact us using the appropriate contact links on this website with 7 days of receiving your parcel to notify us that you are intending to return an item.  On receipt of the notification, we will provide you with return information.
We operate a modern eCommerce solution with tracked inventory.  This should ensure that if an item is available to add to cart, the item is in stock and available to ship.  If an item cannot be added to cart, it is possible that it is temporarily out of stock.  Please feel free to contact us to discuss the availability of the item.  Similarly, if you are having technical difficulties with the website, please contact us as we can offer a guided checkout or a telephone checkout as an alternative option.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All orders are to be paid in full at the time of ordering.  We off credit card, debit card and Paypal payment solutions.  Due to the B2C nature of our business model, we do not offer BACS transfer, money order, cheque or cash on delivery payment options.  All pricing on the website is correct at the time of viewing.  We may from time to time choose to offer promotions that offer discounts to the marked pricing.  Please observe any expiry dates on promotions.
Viewing Orders
Our eCommerce solution offers the ability to view past orders as long as you register for an account prior to, or during checkout.  You will then be able to view past orders, and make repeat orders, by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Updating Account Information
We ask that you maintain current and correct account information for the purposes of accurate shipping.  Any shipping costs incurred as a result of incorrect account information are liable to the buyer.  As per our privacy policy, we do not resell your personal information, or use it for any other purpose.
